Chaffee-Thanh Nguyen, CEO
Starting as a refugee from another country, Chaffee-Thanh Nguyen is now living the American Dream. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and has attained his Project Management Professional Certification with the Project Management Institute.
He has successfully worked in the corporate world holding several positions including, Manufacturing Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Manager, and Sr. Business Analyst. Applying the same success principles in the corporate world to his own businesses, he has effectively transitioned from hired help to independent entrepreneur.
Having been a Success Coach with Powerteam International and an event coach with Marshall Sylver's Mind Power Inc. This has allowed him to dramatically change and impact the lives of thousands of people around the world. Chaffee-Thanh owns several businesses and he specializes in generating multiple streams of income through the systemization of businesses within the top 5 streams of income - Public Speaking, Real Estate Investing, Internet Marketing, Stocks and Options, and Network Marketing.
Chaffee-Thanh has also believes in giving back. He has been part of the Junior Chamber of Commerce - a young adult's organization which fosters leadership development through community service - since 2002. He has served as the Illinois North Region Director and Chairman of the Board overseeing hundreds of volunteers and future community leaders working on essential community service projects, social functions, and fundraisers. He continues to influence the Jaycees as a Certified Local Trainer with JCI (Jaycee International).
In addition to breaking things down to simple Key Concepts, Chaffee-Thanh believes that the thing that has made him so successful in everything he does is his strong sense of commitment - his commitment himself and his family, his commitment to helping others, and his commitment to life.
Amy Nguyen, President
Armed with a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois, Amy was accepted into a management acceleration program with an upscale Retail Chain. She then went to work for a privately owned, multi-million dollar placement firm. There, she quickly moved up the management ladder to Area Operations Manager overseeing branches in Chicago and Tennessee. Having mastered that position, she transitioned to Corporate Trainer where she found her true calling - helping others achieve the successes that they desire.
With this new discovery, Amy left the corporate world in 2004 and focused full time on managing a thriving Real Estate Corporation and several Direct Marketing Businesses. She is now a Success Coach working with thousands of people across the country and truly cares about everyone she works with. She believes in working hard AND playing hard. "Take care of your team and they will take care of you!"
Amy has also been very active within the Jaycee organization and is a key member and officer of the local chapter.
